Dr. Mohamad Wahid Daqaq is a highly experienced and skilled orthopedic surgeon with over 20 years of experience in practicing orthopedic surgery. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Aleppo University in Syria and a Master’s in Orthopedic & Traumatology Surgery from MOH Damascus, Syria. Dr. Daqaq is a member of the Orthopedic Association Syria & UAE and a member of the ISAKOS (International Society of Arthroscopy Knee Surgery and Orthopedic Sports Medicine) in the USA.
Throughout his career, Dr. Daqaq has worked in various prestigious medical institutions in Syria and the UAE. He previously practiced as a Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon at Medcare Hospital Sharjah and Al Kuwait Hospital Dubai (Al Baraha) in the UAE. Prior to that, he served as a Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon at Al Shahbaa Hospital in Aleppo, Syria.
Dr. Daqaq also has experience as a former lecturer at the University of Aleppo in Syria. Dr. Daqaq’s areas of expertise include the management of joint sports injuries, spine pain, and related problems. He also specializes in pain management through intra-articular injections guided by US for the treatment of sports injuries and osteoarthritis, including stem cells and fat injections or PRP.
Dr. Daqaq also performs pediatric fractures and joint replacement surgeries.
