Dr. Maha Al Azzawi is an experienced obstetrician and gynecologist with multiple qualifications, including a PhD in Arab and Iraqi board obstetrics and gynecology, a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery. She also has a certificate in laparoscopic surgery from India.
Dr. Al Azzawi is a member of several professional organizations, including the International Society of OB&GY Ultrasound, the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons, and the Iraqi International Medical Association.
Dr. Al Azzawi has held various positions in hospitals and medical colleges, including head of the department of obstetrics and gynecology at Wassit Medical College and specialist in obstetrics and gynecology at Al-Yarmouk Teaching Hospital. She has also conducted research on topics such asol the management of firstimester abortion, management of infertile couples, and subclinical hypothyroidism and female infertility.
She has also worked at Al Sharq Hospital in al Fujairah and Prime Medical Center 06 Mall in Al Sharjah. Dr. Al Azzawi is fluent in both Arabic and English and is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to her patients.
